HRsmart’s Alliances program is one of the most highly touted in the industry. We maintain the philosophy that organizations that unite to form a single delivery are of the biggest benefit to clients. HRsmart desires to work with companies that offer products equal in reputation and understand that a partnership requires balanced give and take. Currently, HRsmart supports two types of partnerships.
- Referral Partnerships are for companies who seek to better understand who the key players are in the industry and have a desire to build a business referral program. As a referral partner, you receive business leads when HRsmart representatives are in contact with a client who is in need of your particular line of service. It also provides you with a reputable organization for which to refer business for talent management needs.
- Reseller Partnerships are designed for organizations who wish to build a new line of business or expand its product offering. We are currently developing distributor relationships to help penetrate new markets both domestically and internationally. Each reseller relationship is structured to support the strengths of the partner and offer a quick and easy route to providing clients with value-added service.
