Bob Tricarico, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America, Bob Tricarico plays an integral role in expanding HRsmart’s footprint in market penetration and brand recognition.

Tricarico leads the charge in directing HRsmart’s sales strategy, driving awareness and developing new opportunities, while overseeing all sales efforts in the United States and Canada.

Tricarico brings more than 15 years of enterprise-level sales management experience to HRsmart, including eight years in the Human Resources industry. During his previous tenures within premier Talent Management industry brands, he implemented new sales methodologies that enabled consistent new business revenue growth to exceed revenue targets.

Tricarico holds a B.A. in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyen University and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
