Hanny Shehadeh, Chief Product Officer

Hanny Shehadeh is responsible for HRsmart's overall product direction and coordination, working with all operational areas within HRsmart to ensure HRsmart's products continue to lead the industry in quality and functionality.

Prior to his appointment as Chief Product Officer for HRsmart, Shehadeh was the Senior Vice President of HRsmart's Global Professional Services, where he was responsibile for the development and execution of HRsmart's Global Professional Services strategy.

Shehadeh served seven years as President of Global Careers, Inc., an international search firm he founded in 1998, focused on meeting the highly specialized staffing needs of the Semiconductor, TeleCom/DataCom, & Manufacturing Test industries. Before that, Shehadeh spent fifteen years with Hewlett-Packard, where he held several national management positions including Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development, Professional Services, Systems Engineering, Applications Engineering, and Project Management within the Test & Measurement Group, which later spun-off as Agilent Technologies.

Shehadeh graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics.
