Jenny Garner, Chief Operations Officer

Virginia Garner, Chief Operations Officer, oversees the internal operations of HRsmart focusing on client service excellence.
Garner brings with her over 20 years of experience in client relationship management, business operations, and project management.

She served as Vice President of Project Management for Paging Network, Inc., a leading two way internet messaging company, where she was responsible for projects such as the centralization of back office operations including software selection and process re-engineering.

She has over 11 years of experience in managing Fortune 500 accounts.

Garner attended the University of North Texas and is also a member of the Dallas Chapter of PMI, Project Management Institute.
