Knowledge transfer is a two way street, your assigned Implementation Manager will be your consultant throughout the project to understanding your needs, help you make the best decisions and guide you through operational assessment, instructor lead training, self study and configuration of your talent management system. The majority of our rapid deployment clients complete training and configuration in 30 to 60 days. But at HRsmart, we understand it is about you! So during our initial kickoff call, we will review our standard detailed project template with the team and based upon your input modify it so it meets your unique needs. Once we agree to the project schedule, you will be able to monitor progress, access project documents (including status reports) and open questions to your Implementation Manager through our on-line project management system. Expedited DeploymentNeed something even faster than our Rapid Deployment? How does operational on your system in 48 hours sound! We will deploy a version of our Professional Edition talent management solution, you attend an on-line training session and then use the built in wizards to configure a system you can use immediately. Once the rest of the organization is using the system, the Implementation Manager will work with you to configure your Enterprise solution, once configuration is complete going live is a snap. The Professional Edition and Enterprise solutions are build off the same unified application, end users will already be familiar with the user interface and data migration will be done as part of the go live process. Custom DeploymentThe Rapid Development model uses our Enterprise version delivered in a Software-as-a-Service model and we work with you to configure the system to your unique needs. Unlike many of our competitors, HRsmart does not stop with Software-as-a-Service. HRsmart began as a company that would “custom fit” our Enterprise solution to each client’s unique needs through customizations to the software. We continue this rich heritage in the Custom Deployment option. We start with the same system as Rapid Deployment, where it ends up is only limited by your imagination. The typical Custom Deployment project start with a consulting engagement where our Implementation Manager will facilitate a review of your current and desired process, reports, etc. (As Is and To Be analysis). From this session, we will layout the required customizations in a detailed scope of work and detailed project schedule. During the project we will follow the same steps as during a Rapid Deployment but these occur after we have developed and fully tested the customizations which are going to make your system one of a kind. Go Live SupportNo matter how you choose to deploy your HRsmart solution, you will have time built into the schedule to make sure every thing is just right prior to going live. But why stop there? Your Implementation Manager does not go away the day you go live, they will be assigned to your project for a period of time to: answer questions that might come up, review how everything is going to see if there are any additional tweaks needed to the configurations and ensure you are smoothly transitioned from to our Client Services team who will continue to support you througout our relationship. |
