Support Offerings

Basic Support

Basic support is available to all clients and offers 24 x 7 access to the HRsmart Knowledge Base and access to our Online Ticket System where support personnel is there to assist you during regular business hours

Standard Support

Standard Support offers the benefit of an assigned Support Engineer who will work with the Client to understand specific needs and processes to deliver the best solution. They are available during business hours for all technical support needs.

Premier Support

For those Clients who are looking for personalized and proactive support with a consultative approach. With the Premier Support option, each Client will have an assigned Client Executive that will work closely with Administrators and Sponsors to ensure that HRsmart’s Talent Management Solutions are meeting every need while providing an analytical approach to show value returned and areas of efficiency opportunities. Support Engineers also work with the client to address technical needs.

Platinum Support

HRsmart’s most personalized support offering, with a full time Client Executive that is solely focused on their client’s every need, question and request. Included are quarterly on site visits.
